Quite often constituents who contact my office are simply unsure of which department or agency they need to contact to resolve their situation. My staff can act as a source of information and reference - referring people in the correct direction and providing additional resources and materials as needed. In some cases, and with your permission, my staff can contact the appropriate State agency on your behalf and work to resolve the matter directly.
While my office can assist in with your case and guide you through the process, we cannot direct a state agency to decide a matter in your favor. However, we will help ensure you get fair and timely consideration regarding your issue.
