Being a legislator is more than writing legislation and voting for bills, it's about listening to peoples' thoughts, concerns and ideas. It's also about helping constituents when they have an issue and don't know where to turn. If you have a question about your State government or need some assistance, contact Cindy.
Kansas and U.S. Flags flown over the Capitol may be ordered online. There is a cost associated with this service. More information on ordering a flag.
Guided tours of the Capitol are are available at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tour arrangements can be made for your group. For additional information contact the tour coordinator, at 785-296-3966.
Paging is a great opportunity for middle school and high school students to experience the legislative process and to meet other young people from across the state. Contact Cindy for help applying to become a page in the Kansas Legislature.
