Kansas flags may be ordered from the Secretary of State’s office online as well as by mail, phone or in person. Several sizes are available, and there is a cost associated with this service. U.S. flags may be ordered through U.S. Congressman Dennis Moore's office. At your option, you may have the flag flown over the U.S. Capitol Building. All flags flown over the Capitol are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Order a U.S. flag
