On some of our opinion polls we may also ask for general anonymous demographic information such as age and gender. Unless you voluntarily provide us with that information, we will not collect personal information about you. Any personal information such as this that we collect with your permission will be used only to send you news and information about legislative activities or specific issues, or to assist Cindy in reflecting your opinion on pending legislation.

We will protect the confidentiality of any personal information you share with us, other than information which must be disclosed by state law to be disclosed. We will not sell, rent or give your personal information to any outside individual or organization.

Website Visitor Statistics
The CindyNeighbor.org website does log IP address, as most websites do. Your IP address is the location of your computer or network on the Internet. In addition, our website visitor log files routinely collect information on browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses.  We use this information strictly for systems administration, troubleshooting, and to track the popularity of pages that people visit on our site. There is no personal identifiable information collected in our log files.

Emails and Newsletters
As a matter of policy, we never knowingly send unwanted email to anyone. Our email messages and legislative newsletters are sent only to individually who willingly provide their contact information for this service. If you do not wish to receive updates via email, you can remove your name from our mailing list at any time.  Every message sent contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe from this service.
